The Resource Groups at The TJX Companies, Inc. strive to promote dialogue and communication, all in an effort to make The TJX Companies, Inc. an even better place to work for its Associates. The objectives of these groups are to provide opportunities for Associate affinity and self-advocacy; to provide a forum for personal and professional growth and networking; to identify resources for development and support; and to promote the Company's values, diversity mission and vision.

Women Adding Value Everyday (WAVE)

This group creates an open forum for communication in which women and men educate one another on the advancement of women's careers in retail, work-life balance, and opportunities to support women in the workplace.

Minorities & People of Color Resource Group (MPC)

This group promotes and encourages an environment of understanding, acceptance and inclusion among all of The TJX Companies, Inc. Associates through education and enlightenment.

PRIDE

This group adds to The TJX Companies, Inc. diversity picture by representing a positive identity for gay and lesbian Associates and their friends, family and supporters.
