Women Adding Value Everyday (WAVE)This group creates an open forum for communication in which women and men educate one another on the advancement of women's careers in retail, work-life balance, and opportunities to support women in the workplace. Minorities & People of Color Resource Group (MPC)This group promotes and encourages an environment of understanding, acceptance and inclusion among all of The TJX Companies, Inc. Associates through education and enlightenment. PRIDEThis group adds to The TJX Companies, Inc. diversity picture by representing a positive identity for gay and lesbian Associates and their friends, family and supporters.
