Associate Code of Conduct

The TJX Companies' reputation for integrity is based on our culture of mutual respect for different perspectives, ideas and opinions. Every TJX Associate must uphold our high standards of integrity in the way we conduct business and interact with fellow Associates, vendors, customers, communities, and shareholders. The TJX Code of Conduct provides Associates information to understand and comply with our policies and practices, to ensure that honesty, dignity and respect are at the core of all of our interactions. Compliance with the law is the minimum standard. The Code makes it clear that Associates at all levels must uphold the highest standards of integrity at TJX.
