Certification Requirements for Minority- and Women-owned Businesses
To participate in our Supplier Diversity Program, The TJX Companies, Inc. requires that your company be certified as a minority- or women-owned business. We accept certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

Minimum Requirements for Suppliers
We have a corporate objective to provide great value to our customers. To that end, our suppliers must have a clear understanding of our business requirements, including:
- Financial stability
- Proven history of successful projects
- Understanding of TJX's business and practices
- Ability to provide high-quality, cost-competitive products and services
- Acting in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, in addition to maintaining the highest standards of business ethics
