Vendor Social Compliance

At The TJX Companies, we value our vendor relationships greatly as they have been a key factor in our long-term success and are built on the mutual agreement of upholding the high ethical standards embodied in TJX’s Vendor Code of Conduct and Vendor Social Compliance Program. The approach is open and honest – the goal, continuous improvement. In order for our vendors to understand our standards and expectations, TJX has created its Vendor Code of Conduct, which requires each of our vendors, at a minimum, to act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations when manufacturing products to be sold to TJX. With respect to certain issues, our Code prescribes higher standards of performance.
